After completing my Level 3 Personal Training Qualification, I have now been personal training for the past 10 years, In that time I have experience with a range of different ages and abilities, particularly taking people relatively new to the gym and helping them become stronger and fitter.

My approach to training is to train smarter, not just harder. I believe in using free weights and functional equipment instead of the typical fixed machines you find in gyms. This is to help improve core and stability whilst achieving a stronger and healthier body.
